- Device and app information (e.g., device identifiers used by the App, OS version, app version, language, diagnostics).
- IP address and related network information used for security and service delivery.
- Crash/performance data for stability improvements (for example, we may use Firebase Crashlytics).
2.3 Location information (optional)
- If you enable location permissions, we may collect approximate or precise location to provide location-based features (e.g., showing nearby users or distance).
- You can disable location access at any time in your device settings. If you withdraw consent, we stop collecting and delete stored location data where applicable.
2.4 Payments and subscriptions
Purchases and subscriptions (if offered) are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. We may store limited data necessary to provide the subscription (e.g., subscription status, store transaction identifiers).

We do not sell personal or sensitive user data. We may share information only as described below:
- Service providers (e.g., crash reporting or infrastructure providers) strictly to operate and improve the App.
- Legal and safety reasons to comply with applicable law, respond to valid legal requests, or protect users from harm (including reporting confirmed CSAM where required).
- Business transfer (merger, acquisition, asset sale) with legally required notice.
5. Data retention
- Chat logs: generally retained for up to 3 months for safety, dispute handling, and legal compliance, then deleted unless a longer retention is required by law.
- Subscription/contract records: retained for up to 1 year where needed for refunds, accounting, and compliance.
- Media (photos/videos/audio): we aim to automatically delete media files from our servers within 2–3 days after upload/sending (unless needed for safety investigations or legal compliance).
- Location data: used only for enabled features and not kept longer than necessary. Where stored, it is deleted promptly after the purpose is met.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

- Access/Correction: You can review and update certain profile data within the App.
