Zero tolerance: Random Chat - Stranger Chat prohibits any Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, and sexual exploitation of minors.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all users of Random Chat - Stranger Chat, including all user-generated content (UGC), chats, profiles, and any content shared through the service.
2. Prohibited content and behavior
The following are strictly prohibited (non-exhaustive):
- Creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, or promoting CSAM
- Grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any attempt to sexually exploit a minor
- Sexual content involving minors (including “roleplay” that involves minors)
- Content that depicts or sexualizes minors or encourages sexual contact with minors
3. In-app reporting and user controls
We provide in-app mechanisms for users to report and block. Typically, you can report from:
- Chat options menu (e.g., “Report” / “Block”)
- User profile screen (e.g., “Report” / “Block”)
If you cannot access in-app reporting, you can report by email using the contact details below.
4. How we respond to CSAE/CSAM reports
- Remove or restrict reported content where appropriate
- Suspend or permanently terminate accounts involved in CSAE/CSAM
- Preserve relevant information as needed for safety and legal compliance
- Report confirmed CSAM to appropriate authorities where required
- Cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement
