Policy Overview
This platform is committed to protecting all users – especially minors – from child sexual abuse and exploitation. The policy aligns with both the Google Play Child Safety Standards and the Apple App Store Review Guidelines (Safety, User‑Generated Content, Kids Category, and related CSAM provisions).
Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
The following actions are strictly forbidden on this platform:
- Creating, uploading, sharing or requesting any content that depicts minors in sexual activities or contexts
- Grooming, sexualising or facilitating sexual contact with minors
- Coercive, threatening or exploitative interactions involving minors
Violations will result in immediate content removal, account suspension or termination, and notification of law‑enforcement authorities where appropriate.
Report Violations: Please report potential CSAE content using the methods in the reporting sections below.
In‑App Reporting & Feedback
Users on Android and iOS can report inappropriate content or behaviour directly from:
- A “Report” button in the profile or chat options menu
- A “Report Inappropriate Content” link on message or media previews
Reports are reviewed promptly by the Trust and Safety team.
External Reporting Channels
Additional ways to report CSAE content:
- Google Play: Use Family and Child Safety Violation Form
- Apple App Store: File a report at contentreports.apple.com or select “Report a Concern” on the app page
- Email the Child Safety Officer (see contact section)
CSAM Detection & Response
If child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is detected:
- Immediate removal or blocking of the content
- Permanent suspension of involved user accounts
- Evidence preservation and timely referral to law‑enforcement agencies or bodies such as the NCMEC CyberTipline
- Compliance with Google Play and Apple escalation protocols
Platform‑Specific Safety Controls
Apple iOS Controls
- UGC moderation pipeline with AI filtering, human review and user blocking tools
- Kids Category compliance: no third‑party ads or analytics; parental gate for external links
- Support for Apple’s Sensitive Content Analysis framework to blur nude images for users under eighteen
Google Android Controls
- Play Protect and CSAI MATCH hashing for known CSAM
- Family Link compatibility and age‑based user controls
