1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how TV Remote Cast handles information when you use the Android app. It applies to the app and not to third-party TV platforms, Cast receivers, streaming apps, payment providers, or advertising partners.

TV Remote Cast is not an official Google, Android TV, Chromecast, Samsung, LG, Roku, Netflix, YouTube, Prime Video, or Disney product. Third-party names are used only to describe compatibility or quick-launch destinations.

2. Information processed by the app

3. How information is stored

Pairing credentials, saved connection settings, and the last known Premium entitlement state are stored locally on your device. TV Remote Cast does not upload Android TV pairing credentials, TV IP addresses, local logs, selected media files, remote-control commands, or purchase tokens to a Gagasoft server.

If you clear the app data or uninstall the app, locally stored pairing credentials, saved connection settings, and local Premium entitlement cache are removed by Android.

4. Permissions

5. Premium subscriptions and payments

TV Remote Cast offers optional auto-renewing Premium subscriptions through Google Play Billing. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, payment method details, and tax handling are processed by Google Play under Google's terms and privacy policies.

The app uses Google Play Billing to show subscription plans, start purchases, acknowledge completed purchases, restore purchases, and check whether Premium access is active. TV Remote Cast does not directly collect or store your credit card number, bank account, or other payment method details.

6. Advertising

TV Remote Cast may display banner and native ads through Google Mobile Ads. Google and its partners may process device, ad, and usage signals according to Google's advertising and privacy terms. You can manage ad personalization in your device or Google account settings.

If you have an active Premium subscription, the app may use your subscription status to remove ads from the app experience.

7. Casting and third-party services

When you use Cast or quick-launch actions, your selected Cast receiver, TV platform, or streaming app may receive the media URL, app link, or command needed to complete your requested action. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

8. User controls

9. Changes

We may update this policy to reflect product, legal, or platform changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
