Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 2, 2026. This policy applies to the Android app Sudoku Kingdom: Fortress of Numbers, package name com.gagasoft.sudokukingdom.
Information We Collect
Sudoku Kingdom does not require an account. The current app does not ask for your name, email address, camera, contacts, files, precise location, or photos.
The app stores gameplay information on your device, including current puzzle state, notes, elapsed time, mistakes, hint use, XP, selected character, settings, and whether Premium is active.
Ads and Purchases
Debug builds use Google AdMob test banner ads. Release builds are configured to keep ads disabled until real production AdMob identifiers are provided. If ads are enabled in a production build, Google may process device identifiers, ad interaction data, diagnostics, and approximate location according to Google policies.
Premium is designed as a Google Play Billing one-time in-app product. Google Play processes payment information. Sudoku Kingdom receives purchase status and purchase tokens needed to unlock Premium benefits such as ad removal and cosmetic rewards.
How We Use Information
- To save and resume puzzles.
- To calculate score, XP, level, and unlocked characters.
- To remember settings such as auto-check, notes, haptics, and high contrast mode.
- To determine whether banner ads should be hidden for Premium users.
- To support purchase restoration through Google Play Billing.
Sharing
Local gameplay data is not sent to a Gagasoft server in the current app. Google services may process data when ads, Play Billing, or Google Play In-App Review are used. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and Control
Local gameplay data remains on your device until you clear app data or uninstall the app. Google Play purchase records are retained by Google according to Google Play policies. You can contact us to ask privacy questions or request help.
Children
Sudoku Kingdom is a general audience puzzle game and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can review the situation.
Security
The app keeps its gameplay state in Android local storage. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but the current app minimizes collection by avoiding accounts and unnecessary permissions.
Changes
We may update this policy when the app adds production ads, analytics, cloud sync, support forms, or other services. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
