1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how NotiKeep handles information when you use the Android app. It applies only to NotiKeep and not to any third-party messenger or app that sends notifications to your device.
NotiKeep is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party messenger provider. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify notification sources or optional display themes.
2. Information processed by the app
- Notification content shown by the operating system, such as app name, sender name, room name, message preview, timestamp, and notification metadata.
- Images or profile icons only when they are provided inside the notification and can be copied by the app.
- Local app settings, such as enabled capture targets, selected chat theme, and read state.
- Advertising identifiers and ad-related signals may be processed by Google Mobile Ads when ads are loaded.
3. How information is stored
Captured notification records are stored locally on your device. NotiKeep does not upload captured message content, copied images, or chat-room records to a Gagasoft server.
If you delete a chat room or delete all records, the app removes the stored database records and locally copied media files from the device.
4. Permissions
- Notification access: required to read eligible notifications after you grant access in Android settings.
- Package visibility: used to show installed apps when you choose additional capture targets.
- Network access: used for advertising and opening public policy links.
5. Advertising
NotiKeep may display ads through Google Mobile Ads. Google and its partners may process device, ad, and usage signals according to Google's advertising and privacy terms. You can manage ad personalization in your device or Google account settings.
6. User controls
- You can turn notification access off in Android settings at any time.
- You can remove manually added apps and disable default messenger capture targets inside NotiKeep settings.
- You can delete individual chat rooms or all stored records from the app.
7. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect product, legal, or platform changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
