1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the AI Touch Android app and the AI Touch server operated for the app. It does not apply to third-party apps where you select text, third-party AI providers, Google services, or app stores, each of which may operate under its own terms and privacy policy.

AI Touch is not affiliated with or endorsed by the third-party apps where Android may show the selected-text action menu.

2. Information processed by AI Touch

  • Selected text and prompts: when you choose an AI action, the selected text and the action prompt are sent to the AI Touch server so the requested result can be generated.
  • Custom menu actions: if you create a custom action, its title, prompt, and enabled state are stored on the server for your app installation.
  • App installation identifier: the app creates a random per-installation identifier and sends it as X-USER-UUID so the server can manage token balance and settings without requiring an account.
  • App and request metadata: app version, Android OS label, locale, timezone, IP address, request time, token balance, token changes, selected AI model, input/output token counts, and estimated AI cost may be stored for operation, billing control, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.
  • Advertising, analytics, crash, and purchase signals: Google Mobile Ads, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Google Play Billing may process device, usage, diagnostic, advertising, and purchase-related information according to Google's terms and privacy policies.

3. How selected text is handled

AI Touch receives selected text only when you explicitly choose an AI Touch action from Android's text-selection menu. The app does not request notification access, accessibility access, contacts, location, microphone, camera, or storage permissions for the current selected-text workflow.

Selected text and prompts may be forwarded to configured AI providers, such as DeepSeek, Google Gemini, OpenAI, or OpenRouter, depending on the active server configuration. These providers process the prompt to return the AI response.

4. Permissions and platform services

  • Network access: used to call the AI Touch server, load ads, use Firebase services, open public links, and communicate with Google Play Billing.
  • Android selected-text action: used through Android's ACTION_PROCESS_TEXT mechanism so AI Touch can appear as Translate, Summarize, Explain, Reply, or a custom action where supported by the host app.
  • Google Play Billing: used to sell and restore premium subscription access, including unlimited AI text actions and ad removal where available.

5. Why information is used

  • To generate AI responses for the action you selected.
  • To maintain token balance, premium status, custom action settings, and product availability.
  • To measure app reliability, diagnose crashes, prevent abuse, estimate AI provider cost, and keep the service available.
  • To show ads to non-premium users and support subscription purchase, restore, and status flows.

6. Storage and retention

Server records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for app operation, legal compliance, security, cost accounting, and troubleshooting. Custom actions remain stored until you edit or delete them in the app, or until the associated server records are otherwise removed.

AI Touch does not sell your selected text. The app also does not provide a public account profile or social sharing feature for selected-text content.

7. User controls

  • You can choose not to use AI Touch from the Android selected-text menu.
  • You can enable or disable built-in action entries in the app where supported.
  • You can create, update, disable, or delete custom menu actions.
  • You can manage ad personalization through your device or Google account settings.
  • You can cancel or manage premium subscriptions through Google Play.

8. Account and data deletion requests

You can request deletion of your AI Touch app account data and associated server records from outside the app by emailing Gagasoft. This includes server-side records tied to your AI Touch installation identifier, such as token balance records, custom menu actions, and AI usage logs where deletion is not legally or operationally restricted.

If you have an active Google Play subscription, canceling the subscription is handled separately in Google Play. Deleting AI Touch server records does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription.

To help us find the correct records, include your AI Touch user code or installation identifier if it is visible in the app, plus the email address where we can reply.

9. Children

AI Touch is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us so we can review the request.

10. International processing

Information may be processed in countries where Gagasoft, cloud providers, Google services, AI providers, and infrastructure partners operate. Privacy and data protection laws may differ by country.

11. Changes

We may update this policy to reflect product, provider, legal, or platform changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
